What buyers ask most often

What are the payment terms?
CZ: 14-day payment for the first order, 30 days from the 3rd order. EU: 30 days, 60 days for distributors. First order with new partners on advance invoice, then on standard payment terms.
Do you take small orders? What's the minimum?
Yes. Minimum is 1 carton = 24 cans, lead time 5 business days. For retail the MoQ is 1 pallet = 1,200 units. Small café or large chain — we'll work it out.
Can you come do a tasting for our team?
Yes. We'll come in person to the café / office and run a 30-minute tasting for your team and buyer. Free in Prague, outside Prague by agreement. Before that we're happy to send a sample box (3–6 cans free).
Who has exclusivity in Prague, Brno, Bratislava?
Currently no one — we're pre-launch. Opening up to the first 3 partners in each region right now. After year one we'll evaluate regional exclusivities for top performers.
What POS materials do I get?
Standard: tent card, table card, menu insert, 1 banner. Premium (from 100 cans/month): custom POS in your identity, shelf-talker for retail, sticker pack for reception.
How fast is delivery?
Prague: within 24 h of order. CZ outside Prague: PPL B2B courier, 1–2 business days. EU: 3–5 days freight. Warehouse in Prague, dispatch on business days.
Can you produce private label / own brand?
Not in year one — first we're building the AINI brand. From year two yes: private label for minimum volume 50,000 cans/year with custom formulation. Reach out and we'll discuss.
What about empty cans and recycling?
The can is 100% recyclable aluminium. For cafés we're happy to provide info for menu or brochure, for retailers a shelf-talker mentioning recycling. Lower environmental footprint than glass or plastic.
